Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of iqlimahcouture.com and any purchase made from Iqlimah Couture ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell modest fashion (abayas, diracs, hijabs and guest wear). We make every effort to display our products accurately; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), taxes included where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We may update prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time of your order.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example in case of stock issues, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud).
Pre-order & made-to-order
Processing times for pre-order and made-to-order items are shown on the product page and in our Shipping & Pre-Order Policy (pre-order: 3–4 weeks; made-to-order: 3–4 weeks; restocked guest diracs: 2–3 weeks). By ordering these items you accept the longer processing time.
Payment
Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout and is taken when the order is placed.
Shipping
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Pre-Order Policy.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. The legal right of withdrawal (14 days) applies to eligible items.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (images, text, logo and brand elements) belongs to Iqlimah Couture and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
Liability
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or for events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable solution first. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
