Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
Order processing
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Pre-order items: please allow 3–4 weeks processing before dispatch.
- Made-to-order items: produced within 3–4 weeks before dispatch.
- Restocked guest diracs: please allow 2–3 weeks.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/made-to-order items, it ships together once everything is ready.
Where we ship
We ship to France, Europe and worldwide, subject to the destinations available at checkout.
Carrier
France orders are shipped with La Poste / Colissimo.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel size/weight, and is shown before you pay. France standard shipping starts at €6.90.
Estimated delivery
- France: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- International: approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and carrier delays can occur, especially during busy periods. If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us at iqlimahcouture@gmail.com and we will help track it.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If it is incorrect, email us at iqlimahcouture@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we will correct it; once shipped, re-delivery may incur additional shipping fees.
Parcels returned to us
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional postage may apply) or a refund of the item value, minus the original shipping cost.
Customs & import charges
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
